Hello!  A LOT of families still need to COMPLETE Data Confirmation.  Data Confirmation needs to be COMPLETED BEFORE JULY 30th because on July 31st, 2025, after 12 pm, only families that have completed Data Confirmation can see their child's / children's assigned teacher in the Aeries Parent Portal.  

IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED YOUR CHILD'S / CHILDREN'S DATA CONFIRMATION THROUGH THE AERIES PARENT PORTAL. IN THAT CASE, YOUR FAMILY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE WHO THE ASSIGNED TEACHER(S) IS/ARE IN TIME FOR "MEET YOUR TEACHER" ON AUGUST 1st, 2025, from 9 AM TO 10 AM; NOR THE PREP, TK, AND K PARENT INFORMATION NIGHT ON JULY 31ST AT 5 PM TO 6 PM.  

Data Confirmation Instructions are attached if support with this process is needed.  Be sure to complete Data Confirmation before July 30th.  

Also, please note the following:  

-  The parents of PREP, TK, and K students have postcards in the mail for Parent Information Night, if you have not already received your postcard.

- Information will be sent out next week via Aeries Communication regarding the process for "Meet Your Teacher."
